- All crickets are shipped Fed Ex from Louisiana.
- Someone MUST be home to receive the package in order for us to guarantee live delivery.
- We ship via Priority mail through the Post Office or UPS depending on what you order and where it's being shipped to. Please provide a mailing and physical address if they are different. If you need to know how your order will be shipped, please give us a call at 800-222-3563 before finalizing your order.
- Next Day and Second Day services are available for all products.

- We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We will ship on Thursday depending on the order and where it’s being shipped to.
