There are many published reports about a nationwide mealworm shortage. The reasons listed for this so called shortage are varied. We want to assure you that Grubco is not experiencing any problems of any type. Due to high demand from current customers and contractual obligations, we must limit the amount of mealworms to all new customers and old customers that are not current. We have recently expanded and hope to have production from this expansion in the next 3-4 months. Hopefully by then, we will be able to fulfill the increased demand. In the meantime, we will try to accommodate everyone in need of mealworms. While you may not get the amount you want or need, we will get everyone something.
